What are vouchers?
Parents can easily and conveniently add money to their children’s gift voucher accounts, providing them with the funds they need to make purchases at their Reindeer Lane gift shop.
How much money should I send with my kid?
Our gifts are $.25 to $15, so we recommend setting a budget for each person they are buying for.
Will you replace broken items?
Yes! You can call us at; 877-378-0403 and we will take care of it for you.
What form of payment do you accept during the gift shop?
All payments are paid to your parent group or school, so we suggest you reach out to them and ask what payment forms they accept.
Can I purchase one voucher for my children to share?
No, you must purchase one voucher for each child.
Is there a minimum dollar amount required to purchase a voucher?
Yes, the minimum dollar amount required is $10.
Is there a fee for the voucher?
Yes, a convenience fee of $1.50 will be added to your total at checkout.
What happens if the voucher is lost?
Your gift shop chairperson will have access to see that the voucher was purchased and can give your student credit. Remember, the voucher can only be used once and has a unique authorization code.
May I return an item after purchasing it for a refund?
No, all sales are final and no refunds are given. However, if the item is damaged or broken, it may be returned for replacement. If you do not know that the item is damaged until after the holidays, just call 1-877-378-0403 and we will replace the item at no cost.
Will we receive a refund for unused funds?
No. The student should try to use the full amount while shopping, as any unused amount will be donated to your child’s school at the end of the sale.
How much money can I spend per voucher? Is there a limit?
You can add amounts up to $50, and if more is needed, you may purchase a second voucher.
Can I buy a voucher for my child’s teacher?
Yes, a voucher can be purchased for anyone!
What do I do after I buy a voucher?
We ask that you print out a voucher for each student and send to school with them on This is what is needed to be added to the questions.
